The No. 1 Question Everyone Working In Best Robotic Mop And Vacuum Should Be Able Answer

Best Robotic Mop and Vacuum Combos

The majority of robot vacuums and mops can be customized with an application that allows you to save the maps of your home as well as set cleaning schedules and select mopping modes. You can also alter the suction power, as well as how much water the mop is using.

A mapping feature helps your robot navigate around rooms, while an obstacle avoidance function prevents it from running into wires, furniture, or even stray pet toys. These features are vital in my home filled with toys.

1. Roborock S8 Pro Ultra

The Roborock S8 Pro Ultra is the flagship mop and vacuum cleaner, so it naturally comes with features. It can mop and sweep simultaneously, and even raise its brushes or mop pads so that soft surfaces don't get wet. It can also stay clear of obstacles by spotting pet toys, plants, and other small objects.

The maximum suction power is 6 000 pascals. This is more than any vacuum we've tested to date. It also has PreciSense LiDAR Navigation that tracks its location, preventing it from getting stuck on an object.

The S8 Pro Ultra's mopping capabilities are also impressive. It can apply constant pressure to the pad that is over 6 Newtons for a thorough clean. It also features an automatic mop lifting mechanism, which will lift the pad as it moves from laminate to tile hardwood, carpets and rugs to prevent getting soaked by these soft surfaces.

In addition to this, the S8 Pro Ultra has self-washing and self-drying functions. The pad can be rinsed and dried in the dock and the dust bin is automatically emptied and returned to it. This means you can leave it in place and forget it, and only need to change the dust bag or refill the water tank every now and then.

All this is powered by a lithium-ion 5,200mAh battery. I used it on its normal vac and mop settings for approximately 160 minutes before the S8 Pro Ultra started to get power hungry and returned to its base to recharge. This isn't too far from the 180 minutes that Roborock claims, and is on par other hybrids I've tested.

It's a robust, well-rounded product. The only issue is that it's pricey. But its abundance of features makes it a tempting alternative for anyone who wishes to ditch their old stick vacuum and mop. We highly recommend this model for those who can afford its price.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra robot vacuum and mop is a premium combination. The high price is justified by the powerful features, including a large vacuuming capacity and two mop heads that rotate. It also comes with an app-enabled smart controller and powerful obstacle-avoidance technology.

The L10S Ultra has a retail price of 999 Euros, which is one of the highest robotic vacuum and mop combos on the market. In my tests, it performed admirably throughout the entire home. It was able to remove 98.4 percent of debris from all kinds of floors and was able to lift hair that was long without getting caught up in. The mops were also great in delivering outstanding cleaning results with less effort than mid-range models, due to their rotational motion as well as an incredibly strong cleaning solution.

The docking station is the real selling feature of the L10S Ultra. It's multifunctional and modern. The dock emptys its dust bin into dirt bag, fills its water tank for the mopping function and even dry its mop pads for you. It also features an in-real-time system for detecting hazards and allows you to schedule periodic cleaning sessions via its smart controls.

The L10S Ultra does not offer the best performance in removing carpet debris compared to the other hybrid mop I tried. In addition, its mops aren't as efficient in removing tough stains like those in the premium Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

In  click here to read  of the L10S Ultra's premium features, it requires regular maintenance and care. To prevent mildew or unpleasant odors, the base unit, dustbag, and water tanks need to be cleaned regularly, emptied, and dried. The mop pads sold separately will require replacement every few months.

I would recommend the L10S Ultra to anyone with the budget. For those who are on a smaller budget, I suggest considering a more rudimentary model that will allow you to save money while still enjoying the convenience of hands-free cleaning at home. Even it were the case that the L10S Ultra was the best vacuum and robotic mop you could purchase but its cost and constant maintenance would make it more an item to have than one that you actually need.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

If you're looking for a robotic mop and vacuum that can clean up dust and dirt on your hard floors, while taking care of wet mess, then take a look at the Eufy S1 Pro. This powerful robovac/mop combination is a mighty suction capacity of 8,000 Pa. It also has a large battery capacity that can be used for both vacuuming as well as mowing. It is also equipped with a top-quality obstacle-avoidance technology. It even has a roller mop that cleans itself while moving, which makes the S1 Pro stand out from other models that require users to return to their base station mid-cleaning to wash off the mop pad.

The S1 Pro has a unique mopping system that is distinct from the spinning discs and microfibre pads that are found on other robots. The roller covers the entire width of the robot, and it is supplied with a continuous supply of fresh Ozonated, filtered water from the dock. The roller scrubs the floor while collecting dirt. Any dry debris is swept away with the side brushes, or swept up into the front collision bumper. The S1 Pro dumps mop water that is dirty into its base station where it is sucked by the tank's heater elements and empty into a larger storage container. The onboard tank holds a decent amount of water, and it can handle a half dozen mopping sessions before running dry.

Like many robot vacuums and mop combinations like the S1 Pro is ready to come out from the box. The S1 Pro does need to be filled with clean water. This can be done using the cleaning dock. If you'd like to use your own cleaner, you can add cleaning solution to dock. If you do choose to use this feature you'll have to purchase the branded cleaning solution from Eufy, which is more expensive than other robot brands that permit you to use your personal cleaner of choice.

The S1 Pro performed well in the navigation efficiency and coverage tests, just like the majority of robots. It was fast to map a room and it easily navigated around furniture. It was stuck on carpets with larger piles a couple of times during my tests. However, this could be improved by re-updating the software. The S1 Pro is an all-in-one robot that offers many functions at a an affordable price.

4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock's cheapest mop and vacuum, and it still has some amazing features. The dock's multifunction emptying the robot's dirtbag, filling its water tanks and cleaning and sanitizing the mop pads is done by the dock. The mopping system can clean a large area before returning to its dock. The vacuum's powerful suction is perfect for picking up pet hair and debris on carpets.

The application that runs the appliance is quite dense, and offers a variety of options for customizing the cleaning process. You can clean manually the entire area that this device maps or select specific rooms, an expandable zone or a routine you've developed. SmartPlan is one of the mopping options. It uses the sensors on the mops to map the area and determine the most efficient method to clean it.

Like all the Roborock models we've evaluated, the Qrevo does well in our tests. Its navigation system is robust it can map rooms quickly and cleaning them in a systematic manner. The 'Normal' setting for pathing does a great job of covering a space, with no major gaps or missing areas. The Reactive Tech hazard avoidance system is also quite effective, though it's not as sophisticated as the color camera system found on the Qrevo Master or the S8 Pro Ultra. It can detect the dangers of carpets that are thick but it might not always recognize smaller things such as rug tassels or electrical wires.

This device has a major problem: it doesn't have a mop option after vacuuming. This could be a problem for people who regularly vacuum before using their robot. Fortunately, there's a simple workaround: the app includes the option to "clean up" at the end of each session. This allows you to use the vacuum's mopping capability to remove the last remnants of dust and debris that you've left behind from your vacuuming. This is a great feature that can help this robot keep its cleanness a bit higher than its competitors with lower prices.
